As spring arrived this morning, so did huge snow flakes and yet by this afternoon it is sunny and breezy. I got to use my snow blower in Avalon this winter.  Avalon is starting to come back to life after it's long winter months. Avalon Coffee is open on weekends. More families are taking afternoon strolls. A few weeks ago, on the first sunny Sunday, the golf courses were booked!  

Interest rates are down, real estate is looking up.

New home construction figures showed a 22% increase last month nationwide. I think it's high, there will probably be an adjustment.
