It has been exciting to be doing more real estate again.  My listings are being shown every day or so. Negiotiating offers and showing properties to prospective clients is what the business is all about.

Although my last two years during the downturn have been excellent its nice to have a flury of activity again.

Great indicators this week with new home sales up 11%, existing home sales up in 20 major markets and existing home prices up a little.  Inventory is dropping while foreclosures are still coming on to the market.

What a great time to buy!
